Plasma Cutting and Metal Processing for the Lake Champlain Region

Welding goes wrong when cutting went wrong first. Parts that don’t fit. Brackets that don’t match. Plates that are close enough until assembly starts and close enough turns into a problem. We handle plasma cutting in-house on Hypertherm systems and an ArcDroid CNC table – so what gets welded actually fits.

Contractors Running Behind on Fabrication

Waiting on parts from shops that don’t prioritize your timeline
Production slowed because cut components aren’t consistent
Fabrication bottlenecked by outsourced cutting that takes too long

Dock and Marine Components That Need Replacing

Plates and brackets for dock systems and boat lifts
Cut parts that need to match structures already in the water
Aluminum and steel components for marine installations

Equipment Repairs Stalled by Missing Parts

Mounting plates, gussets, and brackets for farm and construction equipment
Replacement parts cut to match what’s broken
Field cutting when the equipment can’t come to the shop
Excavator bucket dropping dirt into an open trench.

CNC Precision and Heavy Cutting Capacity

We handle cutting with the level of control and capacity the job actually calls for. When parts need to match across a full run, CNC keeps tolerances consistent. When material is too thick for plasma or the work can’t be moved, we switch methods or bring the equipment to the site. The goal is simple: parts leave cut and ready for fabrication, not waiting on another shop to finish the job.

CNC plasma cutting for repeatable accuracy using our ArcDroid table to hold consistent tolerances across full production runs
Matched parts at scale for projects requiring dozens of identical brackets, plates, or components
Oxy-acetylene cutting and on-site capability for heavy material or jobs at job sites, farms, and waterfront properties
Hole cutting, slotting, and rough profiling handled in-house to prep parts for welding and fabrication

Cutting Services That Keep Fabrication Moving

Plate and Profile Cutting

Cutting steel and aluminum plates, flat bar, angle, and structural profiles to dimension—ready for welding or installation.

CNC Plasma Cutting

Precision cutting on the ArcDroid CNC table for brackets, plates, gussets, and components where repeatability and tight tolerances matter.

Field Cutting Services

On-site plasma and torch cutting within an hour of Grand Isle when material can’t be transported or the job needs cutting done in place.

Heavy Material Torch Cutting

Oxy-acetylene cutting for thick plate and heavy steel that exceeds plasma capacity.

Custom Signs and Cut Parts

Plasma-cut metal signs, letters, logos, and decorative pieces for properties, businesses, and markers.

Hole Cutting, Slotting, and Profiling

Secondary operations that prep material for bolted connections, weld fitup, and assembly.

Cutting Done Right Costs Less Than Cutting Done Twice

A dimension error at the cutting stage follows the part through fabrication, welding, and installation. By the time someone catches it, the cost to fix has multiplied. Recutting a plate is cheap. Reworking a welded assembly is not.

We cut, fabricate, weld, and finish under one roof. When a measurement looks wrong, we catch it before the part moves downstream – not after it’s been welded into something that doesn’t fit.

Tell Us What You Need Cut

Describe the material, the dimensions, the quantity, and what the parts are for. If you have drawings or DXF files, send them. If you’re replacing existing components, photos or the original parts work too. We’ll tell you whether it’s a plasma job, torch job, or CNC run—and whether it makes sense to handle fabrication and finishing while the material is already here.
